This policy explains what information The Arper Group (Mauricio Arredondo and Pamela Perez, a team operating under Alliance Real Estate Group) collects through thearpergroup.com, our lead forms (including forms on Facebook and Instagram ads), our open house sign-ins and our client portal — and what we do with it. The short version: we use your information to help you buy, sell or rent real estate, and we do not sell it.

What we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, phone number, email, and anything you tell us in a form — for example the home you’re interested in, your timeline, whether you’re working with an agent, or whether you’ve talked to a lender.
  • Lead form information from Meta (Facebook and Instagram): when you submit one of our instant forms, Meta shares the answers you submitted with us.
  • Open house sign-ins and client portal: the details you enter when you sign in at an open house, and, if you are our client, the transaction information we keep in your portal.
  • Calculator inputs: numbers you type into our calculators stay in your browser unless you choose to send them to us with your contact information. PDFs you download from our calculators are created on your device.
  • Basic technical information: like any website, our hosting provider automatically receives standard request data (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) to deliver and secure the site. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site.

How we use it

  • To respond to you by call, text or email about the inquiry you made — for example, to send you the numbers you requested or schedule a showing.
  • To follow up about homes, financing options and market information related to your inquiry, until you tell us to stop.
  • To keep a record of our conversations in our customer relationship management (CRM) system so our team can help you consistently.
  • To connect you with a lender or other service provider, only if you ask us to.
  • To meet our legal and licensing obligations as Texas real estate license holders.

Who we share it with

  • Service providers that run our business tools on our behalf, such as our website host (Vercel), form and email delivery services (Web3Forms, Resend), our CRM (Brivity), and Google Workspace. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
  • Our brokerage, Alliance Real Estate Group, as required for supervision and recordkeeping.
  • A lender, title company or other professional — only when you ask us to connect you, or as needed to complete a transaction you are part of.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.
  • We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

Calls and text messages

  • If you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may call or text you about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or tell us on a call. We will honor your request.

Your choices

  • You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, by contacting us below. We may need to keep some records when the law or our brokerage requires it.
  • You can opt out of follow-up messages at any time.

How we protect it and how long we keep it

  • We use reputable providers and limit access to our team. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
  • We keep your information for as long as we are helping you, and afterward as long as needed for our records and legal obligations.

Other websites

  • Our site links to other websites, including our property search on thearpergroup.aregtx.com, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

Children

  • Our website and services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

  • We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
